Conrad Corfu
Conrad Corfu, opening in 2026, is the latest addition to the Numo Hotels & Resorts portfolio. More than a place to stay, it’s a destination where authentic Corfiot heritage meets stylish modern living, designed to connect people with culture, nature, and each other.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all daily operations related to the Food & Beverage department, ensuring that every aspect runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Continuously monitor customer satisfaction levels, implementing strategies aimed at enhancing service quality and driving improvement.
- Address any customer complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring that each concern is resolved to maintain a high standard of guest satisfaction.
- Take responsibility for the scheduling, training, and mentoring of the Food & Beverage staff, providing comprehensive onboarding, ongoing professional development, and skill-building programs to ensure they consistently meet and exceed the company’s service standards.
- Support effective inventory management by diligently tracking stock levels, placing orders for necessary supplies, and ensuring that all operational requirements are consistently met.
- Ensure the proper implementation of health and safety regulations within all food service areas, creating a safe environment for both employees and guests.
Requirements
- Degree of Higher or Higher School of Tourism Professions, domestic or foreign
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Very good knowledge of a second language will be an advantage
- Experience of at least 2 years in a similar position in 5 * hotels or restaurants
- Very good knowledge of using computer programs (MS Office, POS)
