Conrad Corfu
Conrad Corfu, opening in 2026, is the latest addition to the Numo Hotels & Resorts portfolio. More than a place to stay, it’s a destination where authentic Corfiot heritage meets stylish modern living, designed to connect people with culture, nature, and each other.
Key Responsibilities
- Effective organization, supervision, and strategic division of tasks within the kitchen team to enhance productivity and ensure that all kitchen operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Ensure consistency in quality, taste, portioning, and plating, maintaining high standards of culinary excellence
- Lead, train, and mentor kitchen members, fostering a positive and professional work environment
- Implement effective order management and meticulous stock control processes for both products and food items.
- Oversee all aspects of equipment purchases and necessary repairs, ensuring that all kitchen tools and appliances are in optimal working condition.
- Ensure strict compliance with HACCP procedures and health protocols within the kitchen, safeguarding the well-being of staff and guests
Requirements
- Culinary Arts degree or advanced culinary arts certification is preferred
- Experience in International and Greek cuisine
- Knowledge and experience in modern techniques for a la carte menus & buffet
- At least 3 years’ experience in 5-star hotels
- Essential knowledge of procedures and policies (ISO 22000, HACCP) regarding preparation, receipt, storage and sanitation of preparation and food areas
- Certificate of training in Health Protocols
- Excellent knowledge of English and Greek language
- Computer literacy is necessary
