Conrad Corfu
Conrad Corfu, opening in 2026, is the latest addition to the Numo Hotels & Resorts portfolio. More than a place to stay, it’s a destination where authentic Corfiot heritage meets stylish modern living, designed to connect people with culture, nature, and each other.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcomes guests with courtesy, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
- Performs accurate check-in and check-out procedures.
- Responds to guest requests in a timely manner, providing information about the hotel facilities and local area.
- Handles payments, deposits, and daily shift reports.
- Ensures the accuracy, transparency, and security of all transactions.
- Coordinates with Housekeeping and Maintenance for guest-related requests or issues.
- Reports incidents and operational matters to the Shift Leader or Front Office Manager.
- Adheres to hotel service, hospitality, and grooming standards.
- Actively participates in training programs and follows updated procedures.
Requirements
- 2 years minimum experience in similar position in 5-star hotels’
- Certificate of studies from accredited School for Tourism
- Excellent command of English language, additional foreign languages (preferably German) would be considered an asset
- Strong computer skills and excellent knowledge of Microsoft office
- Experience in GDS, IDS, OTA’s extranets and Property Management systems, preferably Opera
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit
- Previous working experience with Hilton Hotels & Resorts is considered an additional asset
