What’s expected
- Welcome guests providing a friendly and courteous service, according to the hotel quality standards
- Assist with the guest luggage and equipment in an efficient and timely manner
- Assist guests, colleagues and visitors when requested at the entrance or in the lobby areas
- Ensure safe storage and collect ticketing of guest coats and personal items
- Ensure the lobby and hotel entrance areas are always clean and tidy
- Assist guest with long term luggage storage requests /left luggage requests
- Keep a high level of personal grooming standards and appearance
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism would be an advantage
- Proven experience in a 5* luxury hotel
- Very good knowledge in English
- Second foreign language will be an advantage
