What’s expected
- Proactively search and source candidates through job portals, networking, referrals, and research.
- Screen CVs, contact candidates, and manage the interview process.
- Administer and maintain the CV database for efficient talent tracking.
- Organize interviews and assist in candidate selection.
- Utilize best practices to enhance recruitment efficiency and stay updated on industry trends.
- Oversee the collection of necessary hiring documents.
- Maintain employee records in compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Work closely with the HR Director to support various HR functions, including employee relations, staff housing & accommodation, training & development, performance evaluations, HR policies & procedures
- Ensure adherence to hotel policies and legal regulations.
- Assist in special HR projects and events to enhance employee experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Familiarity with labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience in recruitment, training, and payroll administration.
- Fluent in English
