NUMO Mykonos

Numo Mykonos is a boutique retreat in Kalafatis, where quiet luxury meets nostalgic chic vibes. Rediscover the carefree spirit of barefoot living, all wrapped in the luxury that NUMO Hotels is famous for. Experience the brand’s signature tranquility infused with the lively, vibrant essence of Mykonos.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet night guests providing a friendly, efficient and courteous service
• Manage all the necessary procedures during arrival and departure
• Handle telephone calls, emails or personal client’s requests
• Provide information to guests in regards of facilities, events and services
• Working closely with all departments and ensure guests satisfaction at all times
• Keep a high level of personal grooming standards and appearance

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism
• Excellent knowledge of Opera PMS
• At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar position in 5 * hotels
• Very good knowledge of English language
