Conrad Corfu
Conrad Corfu, opening in 2026, is the latest addition to the Numo Hotels & Resorts portfolio. More than a place to stay, it’s a destination where authentic Corfiot heritage meets stylish modern living, designed to connect people with culture, nature, and each other.

- Εκτελεί προληπτικούς ελέγχους σε δίκτυα ύδρευσης, αποχέτευσης, θέρμανσης, θερμοσίφωνες, boiler και αντλιοστάσια.
- Επισκευάζει άμεσα βλάβες σε σωληνώσεις, βρύσες, καζανάκια, φίλτρα, αντλίες, δεξαμενές και συναφή εξαρτήματα.
- Διασφαλίζει την καλή λειτουργία μπάνιων, κουζινών, laundry και κοινόχρηστων χώρων.
- Εξασφαλίζει την καθαρότητα και υγιεινή του πόσιμου νερού με ελέγχους σε φίλτρα, μαλακτικά νερού, UV συστήματα και δοκιμές legionella.
- Συμμορφώνεται με τις κείμενες υγειονομικές και τεχνικές διατάξεις
- Καθαρίζει τακτικά φρεάτια και δίκτυα απορροής.
Key Responsibilities
- Performs preventive inspections on water supply, drainage, heating networks, water heaters, boilers, and pumping stations.
- Responds promptly to repair malfunctions in pipes, taps, cisterns, filters, pumps, tanks, and related components.
- Ensures the proper functioning of bathrooms, kitchens, laundry facilities, and common areas.
- Ensures the cleanliness and hygiene of drinking water through checks on filters, water softeners, UV systems, and legionella testing.
- Comply with applicable health and technical regulations.
- Regularly cleans manholes and drainage networks.
Requirements
- Κατάλληλη Επαγγελματική και Τεχνική κατάρτιση
- Προϋπηρεσία τουλάχιστον δύο (2) χρόνια σε αντίστοιχη θέση σε ξενοδοχεία πέντε αστέρων
- Γνώση της Αγγλικής Γλώσσας επιθυμητή
- Ευχάριστη, ευγενική και φιλική προσωπικότητα, με διάθεση για εξέλιξη και ανάπτυξη
- Επαγγελματική εμφάνιση και συμπεριφορά, με στόχο την παροχή υπηρεσιών υψηλής ποιότητας
- Σημασία στην λεπτομέρεια, οργανωτικές ικανότητες, πνεύμα ομαδικότητας και συνεργασίας
- Ευελιξία και προσαρμοστικότητα σε απαιτητικές καταστάσεις
- Appropriate professional and technical training
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a similar position within five-star hotels
- Knowledge of the English language is desirable
- Pleasant, polite, and friendly personality with a willingness for growth and development
- Professional appearance and behavior, with a focus on delivering high-quality services
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a spirit of teamwork and collaboration
- Flexibility and adaptability in demanding situations
