What’s expected
- Supervise the activities of the kitchen staff
- Motivate and guides the team towards achieving exceptional service and guest satisfaction results
- Manage kitchen staff (shifts, performance, cooperation, goals)
- Monitor quality & quantity targets
- Monitor food production, ordering, cost quality and consistency daily
- Adherence to HACCP procedures and Health Protocols in the kitchen area
Requirements
- Degree from a relevant school
- Experience in international and Greek cuisine, especially buffet
- At least 2 years' experience in 5-star hotels
- Knowledge and experience in modern techniques for a la carte menus.
- Essential knowledge of procedures and policies (ISO 22000, HACCP) regarding preparation, receipt, storage and sanitation of preparation and food areas.
- Certificate of training in Health Protocols
- Excellent knowledge of English and Greek.
- Computer literacy is essential
