What’s expected
- Welcoming and greeting guests providing a friendly, efficient and courteous service.
- Managing all the necessary procedures during arrival and departure of the guests.
- Providing information to guests in regards of the hotel facilities, events and services.
- Handling telephone calls, emails or personal client’s requests.
- Working closely with all departments and ensure guests satisfaction at all times.
- Effectively handling guests’ feedback, comments or complaints.
- Keep a high level of personal grooming standards and appearance.
What’s Needed
- Degree or Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism would be an advantage
- Proven experience as Front Office Agent in a 5* luxury hotel
- Excellent knowledge of Opera PMS
- Fluency in English and in a second foreign language
