His journey is a powerful example of how academic knowledge can
transform into practical expertise when paired with the right guidance
and environment. Through mentorship, real-world training, and exposure
to the dynamic world of hospitality, interns like Hippokratis build both
confidence and capability — paving the way for a promising career.
His story is a testament to our belief in cultivating emerging talent
and our ongoing commitment to shaping the next generation
of hospitality professionals.
